But not always. Include a \u2018Date Card\u2019 to get together and do henna tattoos together. They\u2019re temporary, and fun. Include a little sheet with the history of henna. It\u2019s a magical healing herb that people have been using for centuries to both decorate and heal the body.<\/p>\n<h5>Henna Highlights<\/h5>\n<p>Well, while you\u2019re at, <b>why not henna your hair, too! <\/b> Henna doesn\u2019t just come in bright red and orange colors, but a full spectrum of colors from copper, brown, chestnut mahogany and deep burgundy red. While henna is great for most shades of brown, including light brown, and darker hair, its very challenging to do a good henna on someone with light or silver hair. In fact, I don\u2019t recommend unless you\u2019re willing to live with orange&#8230;!<\/p>\n<p><b>I\u2019m a \u2018Henna Queen\u2019 and have been hennaing my hair for over 50 years. <\/b>I have dark brown hair; henna not only conditions it, but also brings out the deep red tones. Now that my hair is turning white at the base, I use premixed liquid henna, so that the roots don\u2019t turn orange or blood red. I really love gray and silver hair and am looking forward to the time I\u2019ll sport a full silver mane, but for now, I\u2019m still enjoying my brown hennaed locks.<\/p>\n<p><b>For a henna night out, we\u2019ll want to include the following:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A few ounces of the appropriate shade(s) of henna.
